I graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in psychology, and I am currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Nevada. I work as an administrator in the disability services field, and absolutely love my job, those I work with, and the people that we help support.
Perhaps the best antidote I’ve learned about success and helping lead others to success comes from John Wooden, when he said, “Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable.” I strive to hold myself to that definition of success, and I’ve learned that if things aren’t going the way you’d like them go, that the necessary change starts from within.
Aside from being interested in leadership, management, and betterment, I am married to my beautiful wife Megan, and we have two adorable little girls; I love spending time with them more than anything. I’m also a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to BYU football or basketball, the Utah Jazz, and the San Francisco 49ers.
